- Added a counter for filenames.
- Improved setup now supports silent install for server mode (with /LoadInf and /SaveInf).
- Support for PDF/A (1b) and PDF/X (X-3:2002, X-3:2003 and X-4) via additional Ghostscript parameters (predefined).
